C	08/05/2008 13:16:39	File servers for select CLA departments are not processing Macintosh login requests. Technicians are working on this problem.

E	07/01/2008 21:02:54	All Directory and File Services are online. Files which were open and unsaved at the time of connectivity loss should be validated. The Volume Shadow service ran on these servers at 7 AM Tuesday and will be the first restore point should the need arise. Please contact your local support contact for any issues.

The Volume Shadow service ran on these servers at 7 AM yesterday and will be the first restore points should the need arise. Please contact your local support contact throughout the day as you become aware of any issues.
C	07/01/2008 14:11:36	Directory services continues to operate. Authorization and authentication remain operation but response time may be degraded. File services are online, but are considered intermittent until the WBOB data center situation stabilizes. SMS services remain offline until the WBOB data center stabilizes.
A	07/01/2008 12:39:40	Multiple servers are being shutdown due to the incident in WBOB. Impact is listed below by service. AD - WBOB DC will be unavailable. Clients will failover to the other DCs. File Services - All services are intermittent. SMS - All SMS services will be offline. We are still able to actively monitor all performance on running services and will take action as needed.
C	07/01/2008 11:46:27	Multiple servers are being shutdown due to the incident in WBOB. Impact is listed below by service. AD - WBOB DC will be unavailable. Clients will failover to the other DCs. File Services - All file servers will be migrated to the east bank site. Performance will be impacted due to the reduced resources available. Service will continue as long as the SAN is able to stay online. SMS - All SMS services will be offline. We are still able to actively monitor all performance on running services and will take action as needed.
